How do we give nurses their due?
By seeing how their passion changes people.
Created years before we had even heard the word ‘COVID,’ we partnered with Johnson & Johnson to share stories of how nurses saved well-known people, such as Amy Purdy, Jackie Cruz and the Chambers family. Tapping into talent allowed us to grab our audience’s eye, but it was the emotional, deeply human stories (with the addition of recreations) that kept their attention. Our biggest challenge was ensuring our recreations were authentic, not cheesy. Based on the praise of the talent themselves, we feel we struck the perfect balance.
Amy Purdy
The Chambers Family
Nurses change lives. And for the past 120 years, Johnson & Johnson has been there for them, providing education, training and nursing scholarships. This is the story of how Jude Chambers (and his family) got the care and hope they needed from life-saving nurses.
Jackie Cruz
After a near-fatal crash, “Orange Is the New Black” actress and singer Jackie Cruz needed a lifeline. A nurse provided it, in more ways than one.
